Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer-turned-boyfriend, Howard K. Stern, will be charged with five additional charges related to allegedly conspiring to furnish the late model with drugs, according to TMZ.
Stern and Smith's doctors, Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, already face six felony charges in the case.
